There are quite a few news articles published today listing Australia as being in the Top 10 countries in the world (forecast) for unconventional gas, not bad. We are a few placed behind the US.
Our basins are yet to be proved to see if we can live up to our Top 10 ranking. The Canning Superbasin is listed as our top forecast asset, with the Cooper basin next. We have a number of other prospective basins but there are no guarantees as yet - all yet to be proved.
