Yes lots of parasite directors in the junior end of the market who are more about mining shareholders pockets than resources.

I have a speculative small long term stake in IRC which comfortable leaving as believe in MR and as you say is a model director. I am not silly enough to be my house on MR as know that RWD/IRC could still fail, but I also know MR has much more to lose than me so will be working his arse off to try and make sure this doesn't happen.

That sort of motivation for directors to have at this speculative end of the market is gold...and well worth a small punt on alone for those reasons.
