    Any other company that had received funding of 135% times its current market cap would have gone up by at least 25% IMHO.
    The retail buyer market it appears in this case continues to place no credit in the ability of the company to provide a return to shareholders. As with past funding arrangements and capital raisings the retail shareholder continues to see potentially larger dilution of their holdings.
