Better communication from management to shareholders would be a start. Hopefully having these three guys with real skin in the game (not pathetic little holding most of which were "performance bonus" options) on the board will help drive a medium to long term turn around and address some of the stalled reform issues (more effective bidding, actually making money from the underlying business, etc) and put a rocket up management. In the short term though I'm not expecting miracles. Just some sign that the company is heading in the right direction.
