1)when will they be a producer?

He believes it will be late 2015.

2. Given the large amount of equity on issue, has the company given any thought to using some of the significant free cash flow it is expected to generate (down the track) to buy back shares?

No, they haven't yet given any thought to a share buy back. They are rather more focused on getting to that happy position of having a mine.
