So at best many big holders are averaged near 10c like Tomsic as you say so I'm thinking this is where the heavy resistance may lay
10c would be a decent target for this as it would be a $5.5m Mkt Cap which would be the most one could expect for a shell before a deal IMO with only $1m in the bank
