Yep it's a good tight shell no doubt, the question is though is there anything decent left out there to bring to market in the tech space, but as you say it's really not relevant at this market cap, as long as that $1m does go the distance - hoping with a few changes to the Board they will get how important this is, pay themselves in options or whatever it takes.
