Shady i would think it would need to be more than satisfactory funding agreement, it would need to be watertight IMO for holders to part with funds. We have seen many times these type of arrangements on the ASX come out at the last minute, shareholders vote/fund etc only for it to fall through after the company gets what they want/need through. Going on the past company statements here I would struggle to believe much of anything said by them, unless it was fully committed funding, and not conditional, upon DD etc etc. It needs to be done, signed, ended, full stop, no pull out clauses. Then old holders get the spoils fairly of taking up the SPP and thus rewarded. Great drill results and so on wont get this over the line, one bit, it needs to be signed, sealed and delivered IMO.
Also Tauras will have a back up if this doesnt get over the line, they would have shopped Grosvenor around for over a year now and will call it in and hock it for the best price. Leaving RNI with, Im not entirely sure.
