Well that's the gold plant and assets gone, and a convincing win too.
Now for the issue of shares by MLX to RNI - or maybe its nominee if a pre-EGM sale contract had been entered into for $x. Taurus has to be paid as a matter of urgency as as from tomorrow it charges 15% interest on $23m for which it can get shares in lieu if it wants (that's my recollection anyway). I think that equates to more than 600k shares for each day.
