The question isn't so much whether MAQ is a takeover target, it's whether the Tudehope brothers would sell at these prices. Given that they have been 'holding on' to teh company for what seems like decades, I suspect they would only sell if the price was right and that price would have to be over $15.
I am impressed by the turnaround in the business and the idea of 25c interim dividend, implying a full year 50c dividend; a return of 6% for the year. They are almost worth buying for the divi alone.
