    As predicted the three resolutions were overwhelmingly passed by proxy votes only. CTO announced that at the meeting the three resolutions were passed by "a show of hands". How many is that? The answer might not be in the best interests of CTO. Where to from here? As CTO appears to have already spent the money generated by share sales over the past twelve months, all 202 million of them, my guess is they will put the bight on another lender. As other debts are now due the next week is going to be very interesting. My thoughts only. DYOR.
