If my hearsay was correct then this almost happened during GFC valuation rout. I don't have to tell you who the predator could have been. Unfortunately currently all potential predators have their own financial issues of survival so any of these speculative moves of fear can be put to rest.
This company has a history of dragging their feet when it comes to milestone achievements in the project development life cycle. It is my understanding from the BFS delay is in part the POZ. I am not sure when and why the current delay to ML application is. One can only speculate but it is all about the sustainable POZ.
You will need a lot of patience with both Zinc and this co.
