I think all those SH which went quiet on HC cdu threads and this concerned group, contacting other SH about how to vote so there is no chinese takeover should redeem themselves now.
In my view time has come
Max (and others), with all due respect, we need to start proper class action, please start writing letters to that effect.
The AGM answers to the SH questions is a total joke and slap in the face, we need a good lawyer to start working on this case.
Answers are not even signed, "On behalf of the Board" is only on the first page of the letter addressed to "The Manager Company Announcement Office ASX Limited"

It seems that there is noone responsible for the answers, were they done by the office floor sweeping guy?
