Your words are baseless .. .. The previous board paid themselves outrageous wages, had little skin in the game, and lost the company millions & millions of dollars via crap assets & poor management decisions.
I suggest the new board are protecting the cash box - nest egg and are going to make much better & safer decisions to protect the company.
