'I realize and agree that there should be 'runs on the board' before such a hefty rummuneration package....but l can't help thinking that Gavin knows what is coming up in the pipeline and what it is going to mean to this business and ultimately the SP.........sooooo in my way of thinking he is thinking that he will be easily justifying the 'package'..... (did that come out ok).............
