IMHO all share placements should be offered to all shareholders at the same price and the same conditions
Directors should never be allowed to issue shares to themselves, which IMHO is just taking money out of the shareholders pockets and nothing less than stealing
When we buy shares, the company undertakes to take that money on trust for the purpose of building the company and our wealth, any largess with the assets for the benefit of the directors or associates has to be discouraged
I had in the past a requirement to run a trust account and I realized the enormity of being responsible for another person wealth, future and their dreams so I have a rather a strict opinion of how other peoples money should be cared for.
