Whallm summed it up pretty well, I like to add a few more things.
1. In my opinion, the management stressed going forward they will be selling a business solution rather than just a commodity or product.
2. Isity also have a small energy generation component to their business.
3. The capital raising was raised at $0.008 which is above the current price.
