All in my opinion....

- don't want just to be a seller of tags which is a low rev venture...for example what happens in the US and Israel with KKL
- feel that Isity Global provides synergy between the 2 companies. In other words KKL doesn't just want to be the provider of tags and Isity Global just a manager of Kilowatts. KKL would use there tech in car parks etc
- Isity signing ceremony means essentially the deal is done. These guys are apparently different to other companies in the area as they focus on older style buildings/areas. Apparently have 2 deals in China and Australia- are based out of Singapore
- KKL would still control everything and its not a reverse takeover
- The idea is to raise funds to be able to commercialise Certain ID too happen- the 1/1 deal apparently still stands with CSIRO
- Malaysia is happening, Thailand is a basket case due to the year of mourning.
- it does seem to me that DM wants KKL to be a solution provider not a onseller
- Lots of effort going into the patents and Intellectual property side of things
- Probable trading suspension at least till mid next week
-Want to progress this as soon as possible ie by early next year with a extraordinary AGM to occur
-Have completed due diligence

for me...yep most of what I said is already tabled and outlined. Its seems good- please take in mind my thoughts only DYOR.
