Speedcast control has always been out of their hands. They are at their mercy. Discovered that around contract signing time. Presume nothing has changed since.
Could potentially be some games at play too. If say the tech was good and someone wanted to make a play for the company, it would make sense to wait for the oppies to expire so it costs less / less dilution going forwards.
