interesting.
a quorum for a general meeting of RFN requires two members "entitled to vote at the meeting" (constitution clause 30.1).
there were two shareholders present at this meeting, neither of whom were apparently entitled to vote (and thus abstained from voting, so the sole resolution went to a poll).
so the question is: was this meeting quorate? it doesn't seem so.
