    While I won't disagree with this, at least they got shares not cash and have incentive to also have an increase in sp. And while the holdup is disappointing, mostly due to the lack of transparency, at least it's a hold up not a halt. After all the great things management have managed in the past year, I'm willing(but not thrilled) to let it slide knowing that it's pretty much full steam ahead from here
