I thought that could be an option too - they mentioned 10-11 potential sites which they will rank in order of priority and they have only sampled a very small percent of the land holdings. It was interesting they indicated that they're working on a south-east basis from current mining block - maybe the recovery rates are getting higher (or less excavation required).
