One more thing, why did XPE have to announce the consolidation a month before it was done ? ?

All previous consolidations Ive seen are done immediately. No warning.

The SP has halved in that time.


XPE are putting together great deals, but Im thinking the financial management is ... questionable.


Maybe the next senior appointment they should make should be a CFO with company secretary experience, who is at least a bit conservative ! Who has the wit and intelligence to manage some of the other very adventurous directors.

Looking at the website and BOD, there is no CFO listed. I'm thinking they need one. Obviously eventually, but maybe sooner than later.
