That's taking it a bit far. Companies are expected to ann what they know to be accurate, and revise as circumstances change. I don't think it's a matter of blame, rather clarification.
I don't comment much on the threads for other speculative equities I hold, ie FGR and GPP, but I do follow them and note that information does change over a period of time.
It's what happens, even with ASX 200 equities.
