Unfortunately, while he does work hard, he is paid a very high salary IMO. I am surprised that his salary is not being reined in as Shareholders take a massive bath. The fact is the shareprice has always trended downwards, and we now hold a next to worthless sub-penny stock.

The company wheels out the same impressive big ticket marketing spiel (ie NT & Marcellus etc etc) time and time again, it looks terrific, but nothing of substance has been delivered for Shareholders.

The most recent Cap Raise has completely eroded previous shareholder value.

Too late now, but I think the best course of action would have been to dissolve the company, sell its assets / interests and distribute a small one-off token payment to Shareholders (if anything is left over after debt-repayment), rather than another dilution Cap Raise.
