Hi Lucky,
They're called "performance shares" for a reason. In fact, 100,000,000 reasons within 3 years. I think most shareholders would be happy to take on the dilution should that milestone be met. I think the term "multi-bagger" comes to mind.
And of course understanding that this is all dependent on IF rather than WHEN.
