At the end of the day they are still shareholders - if they had such an issue with the current LCK team / LCEP then a sane person would sell.

Given the ratification of tranches 1 and 2 to CNE - the dissident share holder group cannot affect change in the company in terms of voting power (and to be fair they probably couldn't prior to the CNE deal).

My thoughts are unless Sherwood presents his argument at the next AGM - he needs to ride off into the sunset and grow up.
