Hey thenavigator, the so called desenting group could be Allied Resource Partners, they have about the right number of shares to make the %37.5.
Allied Resource Partners share membership is an interesting read, Shearwood is its major shareholder, Peters and family have crumbs, and with Cromme and Klinger as the directors and Lawry as Secretary, must be fun in their board room.
Its just an observation.
