    The 9th was only the point at which they BECAME a substantial holder, it does not indicate how many more they accrued today as well.

    With that kind of holding it is super easy to coordinate a dump off and big up a lower buy in.

    As holder's this is good news IMO so no need to worry, it just means an insto's also believe in GSW ... substantially so.
