TV2 are already using CN proceeds - SOL won't pay the upfront until the hard roll out complete - soft roll out is basically connection to a static server with dummy or limited content - SOL & the Brazilian government or regulatory authority are still finalising paperwork so hard rollout waiting.
Yes Nick & Tallico hold all the IP and TV2U hold an exclusivity binding contract on OTT.
IMO - very unlikely to see funds from PGAS this year but who knows.
It is highly probable that even with recurring revenue coming in the door further CR's will be required to keep up with the increased cash burn from Brazilian & Indonesian operations and support staff as well as Malaysian development personnel.
