Question over Tallico IP independent valuation was raised and the short answer is still awaiting report so no action - maybe an answer at the AGM. A further question was raised regarding the 7.1 & 7.1A share issue to ensure that they hadn't been prepurposed for any agreement with Tallico - answer given by John, Andy and Dave that there was definitely NO pre purpose for shares and any agreement would have to be independently evaluated and ratified by shareholders.
