Firstly, these aren’t free shares, Tolga, Evan and others still have to pay to exercise which will bring in more cash to DRG...
Secondly, it’s not about dilution, it’s about the party behind receiving these shares/options. Tolga and Evan are sticky holders, they don’t sell unless an initial investment case turns sour, in which case we’d all be selling too.
Selling pressure will come from that top 20 holder who’s offloading. Think about it as an easy option to top up as he/she supplies at a capped price...
