Questions for shareholders.
1. Why did they hold the AGM at 3am AEST? Is that a misprint or are they trying to avoid the spotlight?
2. Why were so few (approx 10%) of the total votes cast in voting through the AGM resolutions? (all resolutions were passed on a show of hands btw ... was anyone there apart from the Board?)
3. Directors are using shareholders money to provide loans to themselves in order to purchase shares because apparently their salaries aren't high enough. BB is on $311k.
