Think you're just playing with the definition mak.
2nd strike occurred by the simple definition that there was a second consecutive 25%+ vote against the remuneration report. That the spill vote failed doesn't mean a 2nd strike didn't occur.
So the group agitating for a strike got their moral victory.... but lets just move on and not argue about it any further as its just unproductive... whats done is done.
