If you are easily puzzled HC is not for you my friend...I agree that the only way to add shareholder value to the current situation might be to totally exit their IO position and seek a less challenging industry or project...IMO they may not have a choice in exiting their IO position as Government may rescind their interest if they don't move on it very soon.....previously Track record doesn't account for anything if you cant produce the goods on your existing project...
