Good to know that the border issue is being discussed fairly openly. As a shareholder I guess I hope that the fiscal terms are similiar. At least we don’t have the issue of where the plant is located.
Makes sense to see such a big issue bedded down before signing a partner. Some would no doubt be more comfortable than others with a TL jurisdiction. More certainty should equal a better deal for CVN.
If we go TL, then there can be little doubt that the TL govt will be dead keen to get this revenue into production ASAP.
