Dear Esi holders, its been long time, something everyone needs to understand is " for us this deal important and for some life changing ,so does for the company. The Niti has taken long simply because, it reviews many projects in india, but our project man not be too or urgent matter for them, it may not be on their top priority, i m sure you getting what i mean, somehow many months gone so it should be getting done somewhere along on the way, any ideas on SP reaction could be upon MPA finalisation?!!
