I have no idea why there wasn't more voting against item 3, the remuneration report. They are racking up debts of about $1 million per annum for the management team. The outstanding funds from Apollo won't even cover that, $2 million USD (yet to be all received) over 5 years versus $5 million AUD for salaries of the management team over the same period. To give them their due, they did state today that these debts wouldn't be called in until the company was recapitalised. (Having said that, what else are they gonna do? The company has no money, they have no other option.)
