My attendance at the AMG yesterday was a major confidence booster in the quality team that Leigh is building at DCC. Very impressed with the direction and commitment that both Sam and Leigh personally have for DCC. Points taken from the AGM are:

Sam’s directions for Leigh is hire more staff, quicker , Leigh’s attitude is looking for highly skilled staff. To me that’s a +.

They have out grown their current office space and looking for something a little bigger.

Looking at hiring a portfolio manager.

Currently DCC has 4 aspects to their business 1) Consultancy 2) B/Chain advisory 3) ICO and 4) airpocket, they are looking at expanding into other areas, didn’t elaborate, but they were very enthusiastic about their new ideas. Watch this space!

DCC being very selective in which ICO’s that they will take on, they have a strict criteria that each ICO must meet.

ATM’s: currently in discussions with receivers at STL but DCC has 15 other Independent ATM groups that they have also started discussions with. Looks like the ATM deal is still on the table with or without STL. No financial commitment was made with STL and it was never an exclusive deal for STL, which indicates they were looking at expanding that avenue regardless of the out come with STL.

They will do an update monthly on DCC’s progress.

RE Sam: No more capital raising will be required.

Tokens will be sold in small parcels to pay for outgoings. Some power has been sold and Fuel will be kept for a up and coming project.

The BTC that was sold the other week was powerledger’s payment the rest of BTC (450) will be kept.

AIRPOCKET: still being approached from interested parties, a deal early next year is on the cards and looks promising, ANN will be made in due course.

Both Sam and Leigh are focused on DCC being profitable, they have cut expenditure. VERY FOCUSED.

2 new ICO’s will be announced within the next 2 weeks. Singularity and BITCAR. BITCAR not confirmed by DCC, but they hinted, had something to do with cars, not to hard to guess what.

BGL merger with BTCS for exposure to USA stock exchange, confirmed, will give DCC more global exposure.

Their business is a fixed cost structure, only need to cover staffing cost the rest is profit.

Very impressed with the commitment from both Sam and Leigh I know they will read this please address any incorrect info, I think I got it all correct. It was a pleasure meeting part of the team, Sam, Leigh, Peter and Toby. Look forward in seeing you again next year.
