Its around that figure (maybe a little higher) depending on the conversion factor between cu yards to metric tons of concrete.
You should use 0.5% by the weight of concrete, with 4 gallons/cu yard, 1000 tons of CNT makes 1.7m tons of Edencrete concrete at this concentration. 1 cu yard of concrete weighs around 1.8 tons.
