so what?
they need cash. straight forward.
EDE is a new coy with a new product, trying to commercialise a new disruptive technology into a very conservative industry.
the fact that sales are slower than the impatient posters on HC want, is just too bad.
we need cash, and debt is pretty much out of the question.
If a new investor comes on board, and they are US, and they can add value (by more than just cash) then that's a huge plus.
as said above - a smaller part of a bigger pie is better than a big piece of a cash starved pie!
