I've been there and to my surprise the new chairman is telling the shareholders that he oppose to have the extra placement facility now because the share price is low and any new share issuance would seriously dilute the existing shareholders. And he said that the board prefer to raise further fund when the stock price is raised. Very unconventional and I've never seen something like this before but I found that he's absolutely right.
And it sounds to me that the new investor is really serious in bringing the deposit to mining stage.
