Yeah 1.5 million earlier.
Meeting approved today @tradernim placement of 41 million shares to chair Middelmas who purchased those shares from capital raising. The second tranche of 21 million are were presold also to investors - just required the same share holder approvals. Pretty sure on that anyway but can't be bothered digging up the announcement that stated such.
