past tense, but IMO lack of oversight by SER on behalf of SER shareholders.
SER did not even have a director on the VXL board
for me, my most valuable part of QGL is the capital loss on my investment - it far outweighs what value is left after the dilution
the next issue is will QGL relist or will it disappear into private hands?
