Can i ask you to expand a bit on that denial, not sure what was done wrong tbh. In fairness, i wouldn't be too keyed in to the ways these spills are normally undertaken.

I'll assume one of the factors that concerns you is where mtr got their funds from? Placement from Sprotts and a few million pounds generated from their asset trading division this year. These moneys won't show up in any accounts yet, but you can follow the incoming flow of money from market announcements.

The tone of some of the letters and meetings on both sides could have been nicer, but that was just general tit for tat.

And i would just add that you're wasting time if you think that mtr will hear from aim regulators over this. It's a brutal market.
