Very interesting outcome.
MTR defeated.
But Chairman came close to losing his position - and that might have been a good thing.
MTR were well outvoted in failing to get their nominee directors on the board.
I guess the Chairman now knows he is pretty close to the end at KCN having long ago reached his use by date. I hope he understands that and works towards Board renewal.
Shareholders done good telling MTR they are not wanted but signalling the need for Board change.
