RSK and Dick Warburton clearly on notice there with a message from the shareholders that they are not super impressed with the loss of share value over a long period (myself included). The current strategy could be their last roll of the dice. They survived by the skin of their teeth.
It would be really good to see MTR and the KCN BOD get together and resolve this whole thing for the betterment of everybody. I know MTR thought the only way to do this was to kick the old board out, but perhaps they can help in another way.
Let's hope everyone keeps their egos in check and works toward a solution that brings up the SP.
