    Personally, I far prefer this incentive scheme, for a competent geologist with corporate experience, than the previous: providing a $100k landcruiser and $250k salary per year to an incompetent and lazy Goldfields mechanic who happens to be the son of the founding shareholder.

    Future still looks good.
