Did you receive an advice from Security Transfer Australia that you were allocated the shares you bought? If so, tell about it and ask your sponsor whether directshares or CommSec etc. They may have additional requirement for you to complete in order to transfer the stocks to your account. You might find this stupid, but there are stupid procedures that we are required to complete and the sponsor won’t budge if you don’t complete the form required if any. Whinging here won’t accomplish anything.
