I sympathize with the vote-down of res 3 but what choice do they have? IIRC they had about $2M in the bank in March and were projecting a burn of $513K/quarter. So at that rate they have 3 quarters left. I think they made $40-odd K off customers (Wooboard, presumably).

Not sure if a CR under more desperate conditions will be any more welcome.

Unless they are *completely locked in* somewhere with Loyyal there is no time left. If nothing good in the next couple months they are out of time and hunting for a CR with 1 quarter left of runway isn't a good look.
